  Terrible experience on St. Patrick's Day. The noise and the very crowded restaurant was expected on this day. But I didn't expect such awful customer service!! The busboy spilled chicken wing sauce all over my husband's shirt and shorts. Waitress gave him club soda and a towel. No apology given. We asked to speak to the manager who never came to our table. There was no offer to buy my husband a drink or take his meal off the bill. Later the waitress spilled some of a martini on my husband's head!! Couldn't believe it. Again no apology was given. They simply didn't care at all. When our bill came (for 9 people in our party) the waitress told my husband to write his name and phone number on the bill and the owner would call him the next day. That was 2 days ago and still no call from the owner. This type of customer service is inexcusable!! The shirt and shorts are ruined because the stains did not come out and I washed them 2 times. We will never go to this restaurant again.

  Authentic British Pub. Great beers and wines. Food is good for a pub. Good place to meet people and make friends. Bar service is OK. It could be better.

  Loved it! Just stopped in for a pint last Friday. It was really chill and cozy. I grabbed a seat at the bar and thought, Oh no! I don't like British beer, thinking it was all thick, heavy and dark porters etc but they have local beer too and IPA's that I like so we were all set We're going back for sure. Parts of the bar are original shipped over from London's, Blue Anchor.

  My favorite restaurant ever! The front of the building and the bar were brought over from England - it gives the pub a super fun, unique feel and the atmosphere is awesome. Even better, food is traditional and delicious. Lots of good times to be had at the Blue Anchor... beware the ghost!

  I came in here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and bought fish and chips, each had a new castle and desert, the male bartender was excellent and provided professional service. Last night (3/4/17) me and my girlfriend, living next door, walked in and were looking for a seat and asked to leave and were told we looked like halfway house kids, a manager with black short hair who would not tell me their name was very rude and was disrespectful of my girlfriends dreadlocks. After having just lost my grandmother this was a terrible experience. Never been asked to leave a restaurant.
