  Food quality and portions have gone way down. Prices keep going up though! A couple bartenders make you not want to come back! The one guy there even told me to leave. Last time I was there I ordered loaded potato skins to go but when I got home all they had was just cheese on them, not even a side of sour cream! My friend and I both ordered the coconut dolphin fingers not only were they over cooked and a little funky tasting but his plate had 7 pieces and mine had only 5! It's bad enough the tacos and other items are about half the size they used to be but they don't even put cheese on them anymore. It's a 50-50 chance your food comes out warm or get garlic bread with the shrimp scampi or lemon wedges with seafood! Quality and consistency way down! Try MILLER'S ALE HOUSE or GRAND TAVERN for better food, consistency, portions and service from bartenders! I used to go there about 2-4 times a week since they opened but unfortunately have seen the place decline a lot in the last few years! It seems like management and corporate gave up and don't care anymore about quality and only care about quantity not only when it comes to food but for the customers too because it seems like they know they're a busy place and don't care if you come back and some of the bartenders make you feel like a number instead of a customer! And like I said before make you not want to go back, which I don't!

  Was pleasantly surprised on two counts. Meatloaf and the roasted turkey were delicious, hot, and had a to go bag. Everything was hot. Our waiter said it might be 10 minutes longer than usual so she brought us some warm soft bread with butter to tidy us over. We arrived just after the doors opened at 11:04. Front entrance was dirty (inside the first doors) and indoors smelled old and unwelcoming. The floor s had obviously not. Even cleaned from the previous night. We asked to be seated outside. We also used the ladies restroom facilities. Also very sorry from the night before. Night cleanup help dis not so their job! Not welcoming, although the employees were!
